SUNDOWN is a feature-length family drama about ravages and absurdities of living with dementia. An irresponsible gambler returns home to help his mother and sister deal with the family patriarch’s once-brilliant mind slipping further and further away.
Writer/director Brendan Boogie (THE MAYOR OF ROCK & ROLL) mines his own experience with his father’s dementia to tell a funny, tragic, and most of all real story of slowly grieving someone while they are still there.
